This General Dentistry Interiors project consists of a 4,000 sq. ft. dental office interiors that includes 8 Operatories (2 double bays for Hygienists), related Lab/Sterilization/Pan areas and Consultation Room to support the doctor´s practice. The project was constructed with cost control as a primary concern, and the facility is housed in a pre-engineered metal building with an upgraded stucco and stone veneer exterior finishes to enhance the appearance of an otherwise utilitarian building type. The interior takes advantage of high ceiling areas with limited use of suspended ceilings (Reception/Business areas for acoustics) and the remaining ceiling areas are open to the higher underside of the building´s roof to create an expansive feel. Many of the interior´s partitions stop below the roof line to further enhance the feeling of the space´s height and allow for optimal distribution of indirect and natural lighting.
